#WakeUp Everyone! The Great Lakes are #TransboundaryWaters. OPG's proposed #DGR on the shores of a transboundary watershed requires specific attention to potential environmental effects. Canada is obliged by its own law , #CEAA2012 and now the #ImpactAssessmentAct, as well as numerous binational legal obligations and customary international practice, to adhere to these principles. THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED!
